Role : IT Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

Experience : 1 to 2 years only

Location : Coimbatore

Work Mode : Onsite (Monday to Friday – 9.30 AM to 6..30 PM)

Job Description:

1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.

Good understanding of common IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, Full Stack, etc.).

Hands-on experience using job portals and professional networks (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Vendor Management & Acquisition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions at the same time.

Any graduate; HR / IT / Management background is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Hiring processes
• Strong experience in Technical Recruiting, including sourcing and screening candidates for various technical roles
• Solid understanding of Recruiting best practices and recruitment-related tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Prior experience in the IT industry or familiarity with tech roles and skills is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
