Job Description
We are hiring experienced IT Recruiters (3–5 years) with a strong background in Contract Staffing to support our Technology Services, Product, and GCC portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Delivery: Navigate niche tech requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage experience within Product and GCC ecosystems to drive effective hiring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Contract Staffing
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proven experience hiring for Technology Services, Product, and GCC roles
