• Sourcing & Delivery: Navigate niche tech requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage experience within Product and GCC ecosystems to drive effective hiring.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Contract Staffing
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proven experience hiring for Technology Services, Product, and GCC roles
