📍 Location – Magarpatta, Pune

🕒 Shift Timing – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

📌 Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and energetic IT Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT requirements. The ideal applicant should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience
• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to close positions within timelines

✅ Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of IT recruitment and technologies (Preferred)
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
