About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top tech talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.)
• Source candidates via platforms like **LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline health)
• Stay updated with latest tech trends and hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, React, AWS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for product-based or startup companies
• Exposure to niche hiring
• Experience in campus hiring or lateral hiring at scale
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking for tech roles
