Job Summary

Backup Infotech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition, preferably within the US market.

This role requires strong communication skills, outbound sales experience, and the ability to generate and convert business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities from the US market through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers.
• Present IT service offerings and prepare proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales, International Sales, or Business Development.

• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US clients or international markets.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience selling IT Services, Digital Marketing, SEO, or Web Development solutions.
