Grade : IT3
Location : India office sites.
Educational
- Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics).
Experience
- Should have at least 4-8 years of relevant experience.
Must Have
- Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment
- Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise; Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes
- Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a complex application & systems infrastructure
- Assists with backup & recovery procedures
- Participates in change control activities to ensure awareness of scheduled work as it relates to
Preferred
- Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana
Role
- Would be member of Core automation team
- Would be required to work on automating operations to manage Unix infrastructure globally.
- Would be required to work on automation projects & global rollouts.
