IT Support Engineer-Fresher Full Time NEW

Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic IT Support Engineers at the fresher level to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with basic IT knowledge who are eager to start their career in technical support and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts (Azure Active Directory / O365)
• Monitor IT systems, servers, and network devices
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues
• Support email systems (Outlook, O365 configuration)
• Perform updates, patches, and antivirus management
• Analyze logs (Antivirus, Firewall, Server)
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Assist in backup and recovery operations
• Support VPN and remote access users
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams or vendors for escalated issues
• Maintain ISMS documentation
• Ensure IT policy compliance and security procedures
• Support audit preparation and compliance activities
• Maintain incident records and system changes

Required Skills (Fresher Level)

• Basic Windows knowledge (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
• Cloud basics (AWS and Azure environments)
• Active Directory familiarity, DNS, DHCP
• Networking concepts (IP, Subnet, VLAN)
• Office 365 experience / Outlook configuration
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware/software
• Antivirus and endpoint tools basics
• Communication skills and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
