Position: IT Support Engineer (Fresher)

Roles & responsibilities:
– Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
– Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux basic level)
– Assist users with software installation and basic troubleshooting
– Handle user account setup, email configuration, and password resets
– Support IT team in maintaining systems, networks, and documentation
– Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
– Provide remote and on-site support as required
– Escalate complex issues to senior team members
