Hiring: IT Support Engineer – VPN & Endpoint Support (AXP Project)

We have an immediate requirement with American Express (AXP) for a VPN migration support project. This is a great opportunity for Service Desk professionals with strong end-user support skills and basic security knowledge.

📍 Location: Gurgaon (Preferred) | Bangalore | Chennai

💼 Work Mode: Hybrid (Co-located – mandatory)

🧑‍💻 Experience: 3 +Years (flexible for strong candidates)

🎯 Role Overview

Support end users during a large-scale VPN migration from

Cisco AnyConnect to

Palo Alto GlobalProtect

The role involves assisting users with installation, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring secure remote access.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

* Provide end-user support for VPN installation and configuration

* Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and authentication issues

* Handle incidents via ServiceNow

* Support laptop/desktop environments (Mac & Windows)

* Assist users with installation failures and interruptions

* Ensure SLA adherence and proper ticket documentation

* Escalate complex issues to relevant teams

✅ Required Skills

* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

* Strong laptop/desktop support (Windows & Mac)

* Basic understanding of VPN and network troubleshooting

* Good communication and user-handling skills

⭐ Nice to Have

* Exposure to Palo Alto GlobalProtect

* Experience with Cisco AnyConnect

* Basic security knowledge
