Job Title: System Administrator / Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled freshers for the role of System Administrator / Desktop Support Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking.
• Handle user account creation, password reset, and system access issues.
• Support IT asset management and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
• Ensure timely response and closure of support tickets.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Hindi speaking is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT support.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / BCA / B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) / BE / B.Tech or any relevant qualification.
• Freshers can apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
