Job Title: IT Support / System Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support / System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
• Provide technical support to employees for system, network, and software issues
• Manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates
• Install and update operating systems and applications
• Maintain IT inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux (preferred)
• Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, IP configuration)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and security systems
• Familiarity with MS Office, email configuration, and remote support tools

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
