IT System Associate: Resort Full Time

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT System Associate to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide technical support to employees for system and connectivity problems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, email configurations, and system access.
• Ensure proper functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and networking systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and AMC support.
• Maintain system security, antivirus updates, and data backups.
• Assist in server monitoring and IT asset management.
• Support installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems if required.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and service logs.
• Ensure timely software updates and system maintenance.
• Support ERP, PMS, POS, or other organizational software systems.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and troubleshooting tools.
• Basic understanding of server management and cybersecurity practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Certifications like CCNA, Hardware & Networking, or MCSE will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
