IT & System Executive Full Time

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all IT systems, software, digital platforms, website operations, CRM, loyalty programs, analytics tools, system integrations, and basic e-commerce operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
IT & Systems

• Manage CRM and Loyalty platforms
• Coordinate ERP, POS, and system integrations
• Manage analytics and reporting tools
• Support users and resolve system issues
• Test and implement new software solutions

Website & Digital Platforms

• Coordinate website development and maintenance
• Manage B2B portal operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of digital platforms
• Coordinate with website and software vendors

E-commerce Operations

• Product uploads and catalog management
• Inventory and stock synchronization
• Coordinate online offers and promotions
• Monitor website orders and issues
• Coordinate marketplace integrations
• Ensure smooth online customer journey

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with software and technology vendors
• Follow up on pending tasks and implementations
• Track timelines and deliverables
• Escalate critical issues when required

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards
• Track key business metrics
• Monitor system usage and performance
• Support management with required data

Daily Tasks

• Monitor CRM, Loyalty, Website and B2B Portal
• Resolve user and system issues
• Follow up with vendors
• Monitor website and online order flow
• Update task tracker

Weekly Tasks

• Review pending issues
• Check website and portal performance
• Review inventory sync and integrations
• Coordinate with departments for requirements
• Share weekly status update

Monthly Tasks

• Prepare system performance report
• Review vendor performance
• Review website and e-commerce operations
• Track pending implementations
• Identify improvement opportunities

Quarterly Tasks

• Review all software and systems
• Evaluate new technology solutions
• Review integrations and automation opportunities
• Assess platform performance

Yearly Tasks

• Review software contracts and renewals
• Plan technology improvements
• Recommend new systems and tools
• Support digital transformation initiatives

• Smooth functioning of all systems and platforms
• Successful implementation of software projects
• Timely issue resolution
• Accurate reporting and data availability
• Effective vendor management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
