Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have started their career as a Developer and grown into a Technical Lead role. They should be passionate about exploring new technologies, AI tools, automation, and modern development practices. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, guiding the development team, evaluating new technologies, and building scalable products that support Medgini’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Development team.
• Design and review application architecture and technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms.
• Work closely with management to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Review code, identify technical risks, and provide guidance to developers.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools that can improve team productivity.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Establish development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
• Support the team in resolving complex technical issues.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Software Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python development and related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Web Application Development.
• Strong understanding of System Design and Application Architecture.
• Experience with APIs and Integrations.
• Knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps and Deployment Processes.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Application Security and Performance Optimization.

AI & Innovation Skills

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.
• Understanding of Generative AI and AI-powered development tools.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption in product development and business processes.
• Passion for exploring emerging technologies and innovation.
