JOB TITLE: IT Hardware & Networking Executive
LOCATION: Alwarpet, Chennai
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Hardware & Networking Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
* Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Manage system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance activities.
* Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
* Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and AMC services.
* Ensure antivirus, cybersecurity, and data protection measures are implemented.
* Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related concerns.
* Support the installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric devices, and related systems.
* Prepare periodic reports on IT infrastructure and support activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
