Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of company systems and hardware, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and offering real-time troubleshooting. The role includes assisting team members with IT-related concerns, setting up equipment, and conducting training sessions to enhance technical proficiency of staff. The technician will also be required to maintain IT infrastructure, perform regular system updates, and report on IT performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
• Experience in providing hands-on technical support and maintaining IT systems
• Knowledge of Information Technology hardware, software, and networks
• Effective customer service and communication skills to assist team members and address concerns
• Ability to conduct training and provide guidance to staff on IT-related topics
• Capability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable
• 1-2 years of professional experience in IT or a similar role preferred
