TCS hiring for ITSM Service now admin/developer

experience: 3-12

location: Kolkata

Must Have:

  1. Minimum 4+ years of Development knowledge in ServiceNow application
  2. Scoped Application Development and Maintenance
  3. Experience working in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM & Integration
  4. Advanced Scripting Knowledge: Develop server-side script (Business Rule, Script Include etc.) and client-side script (Client Script, UI Policies etc.).
  5. Flow designer & Workflow Management
  6. Service Portal: Develop Service Portal sites, pages & widget using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS etc.
  7. Platform Upgrade
  8. Integration: Should have knowledge on integration between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST API.
  9. Orchestration: Should have knowledge on orchestration.

Automated Testing Framework: Should have knowledge on ATF script.
