Role: Japanese Language Trainer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Qualification: Graduate
Locations: Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Kalimpong (West Bengal), Guwahati (Assam)
Notice Period: 15 – 45 Days
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct engaging Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates.
– Develop lesson plans and deliver training in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
– Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
– Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance reports.
– Ensure timely achievement of language proficiency milestones.
– Coordinate with Academic and Head Office teams for smooth program execution.
– Provide mentoring and guidance to students on language learning and Japanese cultural readiness.
– Support learners in preparing for JLPT examinations and international placement opportunities.
– Foster an interactive and positive learning environment that encourages student success.
Eligibility Criteria
JLPT N3 Certification with a minimum of 1 year of teaching or training experience.
JLPT N2 Certification with a minimum of 6 months of teaching or training experience.
Additional Requirements:
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong interpersonal and learner engagement abilities.
– Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
– Prior experience in Japanese language training will be an added advantage.
