About the Role

We are looking for a Jira System Admin / Specialist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on enterprise workflow systems, project management operations, and process automation.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to Jira administration, workflow configuration, issue tracking, automation rules, dashboards, permissions, and Agile project management, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world operational challenges.

You will collaborate with global AI and operations teams to assess the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated workflow solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for enterprise productivity, operational optimization, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including workflow configurations, automation setups, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to Jira system administration and workflow management
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
• Diagnose and solve real-world workflow and project management challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
• Assess AI outputs for operational accuracy, usability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements
• Identify configuration issues, workflow inefficiencies, or incorrect automation recommendations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on enterprise workflow systems and collaboration platforms

Requirements

• Background in Information Systems, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Jira administration, workflow customization, and issue tracking systems
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, workflow automation, and project management processes
• Familiarity with dashboards, permissions, reporting tools, and Jira integrations
• Ability to critically evaluate workflows, automation logic, and operational processes
• Experience troubleshooting system or workflow-related issues is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
