Job Description – IT Executive (Biometric & CCTV) Handling Full Time NEW

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Executive to manage and support field IT operations related to Biometric Verification, CCTV Surveillance, and Examination/Event Projects.

The candidate should be capable of handling biometric software operations, CCTV monitoring setups, server management, IT asset handling, vendor coordination, and on-site technical support during examinations and events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Biometric & Software Handling

• Manage biometric verification software during examinations/events
• Ensure smooth registration, verification, and data synchronization
• Troubleshoot software and device-related issues during operations

2. CCTV Operations

• Handle CCTV setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting during exams/events
• Ensure proper camera functioning, recording, and connectivity
• Coordinate with vendors for installation and maintenance support

3. Server, Network & Technical Support

• Manage servers, networking, and system configurations
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Ensure backup and smooth functioning of IT infrastructure
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support

4. Field Support & Escalation Handling

• Visit project sites and provide on-ground technical support
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues within timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for quick issue resolution

5. IT Asset Management

• Maintain records of IT assets including laptops, biometric devices, CCTV equipment, routers, and accessories
• Track asset allocation, movement, maintenance, and stock availability
• Ensure proper handling and upkeep of company IT equipment

6. Vendor & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for equipment deployment and technical support
• Ensure timely installation and operational readiness at project locations
• Support project execution teams during field operations

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain technical reports, issue logs, and project documentation
• Prepare inventory and asset reports
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and escalations

• Minimum technical downtime and quick issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
• Experience in Biometric Systems, CCTV Operations, or Field IT Support
• Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to travel for project/site support
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
