Responsiblity
- Co-ordinate with sales team, give presentations to Overseas clients/prospects
- Take project ownership of clients/prospects from sales team after winning the project.
- Communicate with both domestic and international Customers, site visit if required
- Give presentation and training to customer.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
- Model the product to meet customer requirements, ensuring all functionality aligns with business needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and support.
- Oversee the successful implementation of the software product, ensuring it meets customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Provide customer training and support to promote effective product adoption.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Ensure continuous knowledge development through the company’s LMS portal.
- Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets customer expectations.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Complete project sign-off, ensuring all deliverables have been met and securing final customer approval.
- Report the project implementation progress to the Management in the Bi-weekly meeting.
