Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Process Excellence role based in Noida. The Lead Process Excellence will be responsible for analyzing existing end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving standardization and optimization initiatives across operations. The role will involve leading continuous improvement projects, developing and implementing process frameworks, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality, IT, and finance to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The individual will create and maintain documentation, process maps, and performance dashboards, and will monitor KPIs to track progress and sustain improvements. The Lead Process Excellence will also support training, change management, and best-practice sharing to embed a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and experience leading end-to-end process optimization initiatives.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably within complex or multi-site environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance measurement using tools such as Excel, BI dashboards, or analytics platforms.
• Ability to develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures in a clear and structured manner.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions and facilitating workshops or improvement events.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to support change management and training activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and technology-enabled solutions for process improvement is preferred
