The Role
As a Client Servicing Executive, you are the vital bridge between our clients and our internal teams — creative, digital, media, and production. You will be the day-to-day point of contact who understands what the client needs, translates it clearly for the agency, and makes sure the work goes out on time, on brief, and on budget.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role based full-time at our Bengaluru office (Frazer Town), ideal for someone who is people-smart, organised, and excited about how brands are built. You will be mentored closely as you learn the ropes of agency life, with a clear path to grow into an Account Manager.
Please note: This is a work-from-office role. Client servicing thrives on close collaboration with our creative, digital, media, and production teams, so the position requires working from our Bengaluru office on all working days.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, under the guidance of your Account Manager.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by being responsive, reliable, and professional.
• Take detailed client briefs, ask the right questions, and document requirements accurately before sharing them internally.
• Keep clients updated on the status of ongoing work, timelines, and approvals.
Internal Team Coordination
• Brief creative, digital, media, and production teams clearly and completely so nothing gets lost in translation.
• Follow up across teams to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
• Quality-check all deliverables against the brief before they reach the client.
• Flag delays, roadblocks, or scope changes early to your manager.
Project & Workflow Management
• Maintain trackers, status reports, and work-in-progress sheets for your accounts.
• Prepare contact reports, meeting notes, and timelines after every client interaction.
• Coordinate approvals, revisions, and sign-offs between client and agency.
• Support the team in preparing estimates, proposals, and presentations.
Brand & Market Awareness
• Develop a strong understanding of your clients’ brands, products, business goals, and competitors.
• Stay current on advertising, digital, and category trends that could benefit your clients.
• Bring observations and ideas to internal brainstorms and reviews.
Administrative & Commercial Support
• Coordinate with the finance / accounts team on estimates, purchase orders, and billing for your accounts.
• Maintain organised records of briefs, approvals, and correspondence.
• Assist senior team members with new business pitches and presentations as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. (Strong candidates from any discipline are welcome.)
• 0–1 year of experience; internships in advertising, marketing, PR, or media are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, with the confidence to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Organisation: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• People skills: Warm, approachable, and a genuine team player who builds rapport easily.
• Proactiveness: A self-starter who takes ownership, follows up, and anticipates needs.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
• Tech: Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social platforms is an advantage.
