Jr. Executive – HR & Admin Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Executive – HR & Admin role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Jr. Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and induction, and updating HR databases and documents. The role involves supporting employee relations activities such as handling basic queries, assisting with grievance tracking, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Jr. Executive will help in the implementation and communication of HR policies, coordinate attendance and leave management, and assist with payroll inputs. Administrative responsibilities include managing office documentation, coordinating meetings, supporting vendor coordination related to office administration, and providing general administrative support to the HR and management teams.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of core HR concepts and practices.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in HR Operations, including documentation, data management, attendance and leave coordination, and support for recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Employee Relations and HR Policies skills, with the ability to support policy implementation, handle basic employee queries professionally, and maintain confidentiality and fairness.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR documentation.
• Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, project-oriented industrial environment.
