Full job description

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – IT to join our technical team. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related support, ensuring our systems, networks, and hardware run seamlessly. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual looking to grow their career in IT infrastructure and user support
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Network & Security: Monitor local networks (LAN/WAN) and assist in basic router/switch configurations, VPN setups, and cybersecurity policy enforcement
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and routine updating of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and antivirus programs.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN).
  • Experience with user account management (e.g., Active Directory)

Experience – 0-2 yrs

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
