Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real business problems through technology. You will work closely with founders and business teams to build, improve, and scale internal and client-facing applications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Work On

• Workspace and property management systems
• Member, booking, payment, and service workflows
• Internal dashboards for HR, recruitment, operations, sales, and marketing
• Client-facing web applications and member portals
• AI-powered productivity and automation tools
• CRM, WhatsApp, email, and workflow integrations
• Lead generation, funnel tracking, and marketing intelligence systems

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications
• Develop dashboards, admin panels, forms, and workflows
• Work with APIs, databases, authentication, and deployments
• Improve existing systems, fix bugs, and optimize performance
• Integrate third-party tools and business platforms
• Create automations using modern AI and workflow tools
• Collaborate with operations, HR, sales, and marketing teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code
• Understand business requirements and convert them into practical solutions

Required Skills

• Experience building full-stack web applications
• Strong understanding of databases and APIs
• Ability to work on existing codebases
• Debugging and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of product thinking and user experience
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office daily

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python, Django, Flask
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase, Firebase
• REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Git and deployment workflows
• AWS, Vercel, Railway, Render, DigitalOcean
• Automation tools: n8n, Zapier, Make
• AI tools: OpenAI, Claude, LangChain (preferred)
