Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr Graphics Design Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Jr Graphics Design Executive will support the creation of visual assets for branding, social media, web, print, and digital campaigns, following established brand guidelines and creative briefs. Responsibilities include assisting in concept development, producing layouts and creatives, preparing files for print and digital use, and iterating designs based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and web development, maintaining design asset libraries, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks. The position is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Understanding of Branding principles and ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across assets.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients.
• Basic Project Management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and design trends.
• Experience or interest in social media creatives, web graphics, and marketing collateral is an advantage.
