About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support and enhance our people operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation. This role will be reporting to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience•
- Handle onboarding processes including documentation and orientation
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records in Keka and Other suggested HR databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support and assist in performance management processes
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support internal communication and HR events
4. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance•
- Support audits and documentation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn tool for Recruitment
- Hands on experience with HRMS tools/ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
