Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and responsible Jr. MIS Executive to join our team. The candidate will play an important role in managing company data, preparing reports, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth operational support through accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Manage company data, records, files, and documentation systematically.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases regularly.
• Track daily work updates and prepare status reports for management.
• Coordinate with different departments and teams for timely task completion.
• Maintain proper file management and record-keeping processes.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and share insights with management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization of company data.
• Follow up on pending tasks and support smooth workflow operations.
• Assist management in operational and administrative reporting activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS Reporting.
• Knowledge of Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Data Filtering, and Reporting Formats.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Graduate in any stream.
• 5-6 Yeras experienced candidates required
