About the Role
The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for independently managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery, operational excellence, and achievement of campaign objectives.
The role requires complete ownership of campaign execution, including influencer identification, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, content coordination, deliverable management, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. The individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between creators, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and smooth execution at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands and categories.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators who align with campaign objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.
* Negotiate commercial terms with influencers to achieve optimal cost efficiency and maximize campaign ROI.
* Coordinate campaign execution by managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and content publishing schedules.
* Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator networks.
* Monitor campaign progress proactively, ensuring timely execution and addressing any operational challenges or delays.
* Collaborate closely with client servicing, business development, and operations teams to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
* Track campaign performance, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports.
* Present campaign updates, insights, and performance metrics to internal teams and clients in a structured and professional manner.
* Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle and implement corrective actions where required.
* Stay updated on industry trends, creator landscape developments, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
* Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and creator landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, campaign trackers, and reporting tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high execution standards.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
