Role: Account’s Assistant

Location: Abakash, B-Narayanpur, Bhangar, South 24 Parganas 743502.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000+ per month (Based on Experience and Educational Qualification).

Immediate Joining is Required.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling Invoices and Identifying Discrepancies.
• Managing Day to day Accounting Related Activities
• Creating and Updating Expense Reports.
• Processing Reimbursement Forms.
• Preparing Bank Deposits.
• Entering Financial Transactions into Internal Databases.
• Checking Spreadsheets for Accuracy.
• Maintaining Digital and Physical Financial Records.
• Issuing Invoices to Customers and External Partners.
• Reviewing and Filing Payroll Documents.

Requirements and Skills:

• Work Experience: Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk for at least 1 years with any CA firm.
• Basic Bookkeeping Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental bookkeeping procedures.
• Understanding of Finance Regulations: Awareness of financial rules and regulations.
• Math Skills: Ability to handle numerical calculations and identify errors.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software: Hands-on experience with tools like tally, busy.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently managing tasks and maintaining records.
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
