Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and strong Excel skills. This role requires good communication abilities, especially in English, to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounting records in Tally
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions
• Assist senior accountants with audits and compliance requirements
• Use MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Communicate with clients/vendors for payment follow-ups and queries

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Tally
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal written)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
