Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Campaign Strategist role based in Mumbai. The Junior Campaign Strategist will support the planning and execution of PR and influencer marketing campaigns, helping to translate client objectives into clear strategies and timelines. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, assisting in campaign ideation, preparing creative briefs, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role involves tracking campaign performance, compiling reports, and providing insights to optimize ongoing and future initiatives. The Junior Campaign Strategist will also contribute to influencer shortlisting, outreach, and communication, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in campaign planning, market research, and basic strategy development for PR and influencer marketing.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and client-facing materials.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and analytics tools used to measure campaign performance.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and comfort learning new software as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or junior-level experience in PR, advertising, or influencer marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
