Junior Copywriter Full Time

Overview

We are looking for a sharp, creative Junior Copywriter to join our fast-paced digital advertising agency. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, and design teams to craft compelling, insight-driven copy for brands across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ideas, understands internet culture, and is eager to build impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and on-brand copy for:
• Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, banners)
• Website and landing pages
• Emailers and push notifications
• Assist in developing campaign ideas, taglines, and concepts
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life
• Adapt copy for different brands, audiences, and platforms
• Stay updated on trends, pop culture, and digital innovations
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, tone, and accuracy
• Support senior copywriters on pitches and campaign execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience (agencies experience preferred)
• Strong command of English and Hindi
• Ability to write crisp, creative, and audience-focused copy
• Understanding of digital platforms and ad formats
• Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly
