Junior Doctor | Medical Assistant Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Doctor. As an integral member of our clinic, you will work closely with our medical professionals to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during consultations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.
• Record patient medical histories and pertinent information accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients to address inquiries and provide instructions.
• Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
• Uphold clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS), Biomedical Sciences (BMS), BAMS, BUMS,BHMS or Health Sciences (BHS) preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving clinic needs.
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
