We are hiring an HR & Administrative Executive to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat! If you are someone who thrives on organized chaos, loves HR data, and wants to be at the heart of our company operations, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Timekeeping & Payroll Management
Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate attendance records and generate monthly overtime statements.
Leave & Benefits: Administer employee leave requests and support benefits enrollment and management.
Payroll Processing: End-to-end processing of salaries, including reimbursements, arrears, incentives, bonuses, and handling necessary deductions.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% timely compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, P. Tax, LWF, and other relevant labor laws.
2. HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and generate routine MIS reports for management review.
Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment and assist in sourcing and onboarding processes.
Performance Management: Provide administrative support during the annual appraisal cycles.
Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
3. Administrative Operations
General Administration: Oversee daily office administrative tasks to ensure seamless facility operations.
Documentation: Manage internal documentation and ensure all company policies are documented and accessible.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 1–2 years in an HR or administrative role.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for MIS/Payroll), strong organizational skills, Good communication and coordination skills and attention to detail.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of PF, ESIC, and other labor-related statutory compliances.

💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
