Full job description
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Ensure data backup, security, and antivirus protection
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT purchases and repairs
- Maintain records of IT assets and inventory
- Assist in implementing IT policies and security protocols
- Support software updates, system upgrades, and new installations
