Bay Leaf is on the lookout for experienced candidates in handling Paid Social campaigns and monitoring media spend budgets. The ideal candidate would be one with a minimum of 2 years in handling Paid Social campaigns. We cater to clients globally hence are looking at someone who can independently handle clients in US /Canada.

Candidates willing to work from home night shifts as per US timing may only apply.

The Primary Role will be to develop and supervise Paid Social campaigns and make the campaigns successful by ensuring higher conversions.

The Job Responsibilities are:

• Launch and optimize various Paid Social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Smartly, etc..
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels like FB, Insta, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.
• Maintain partnership with Social Ad platforms and vendors
• Oversee accounts on such platforms (such as FB, Insta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc..)
• Participate in forming effective Social Marketing strategies.
• Run Ads across Goggle, Meta, Insta, etc.

Job Functions;

• As the paid social expert for the clients w.r.t. campaign performance and optimization we provide insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives, as under:

● Create paid social media marketing campaigns (FB, IG, Pinterest, Snapchat) for European clients

● Weekly Analyzing, Reporting, and Optimization of Ads for better performance and results to suit clients’ requirements.

● Create high-end reporting presentations (ppt, excel, etc.) and reports weekly & monthly to gain a deeper understanding of the best performing ads of the previous week

● Lead Generation in order to garner and generate more sales by monitoring and increasing the number of campaigns as needed.

● Weekly measure and optimize campaign performance while also providing recommendations to further enhance campaign execution/performance.

● Based on the above re-estimate expectations and give recommendations, as needed

2. Provide training, support, and direction to new recruits & team members to enable efficient and timely completion of projects

• Supervise, support, and encourage team members to create campaigns and ensure timely completion of all activities

• Keep pace (continuous self-learning) with search engines and PPC industry trends and developments, encourage team members to learn/update themselves, and share learnings.

Experience and Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 year experience in digital marketing, knowledge of smartly tools would be an added advantage.

● Knowledge of handling and building a team,

● Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and Insta Ads Manager is a must

● Excellent communications skills (Oral & Written)

● Be the bridge between clients, senior management, and team members

● Expertise in Microsoft office tools
