Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior In-House IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems within the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurement, and AMC services
• Ensure data security and follow company IT policies
• Support on boarding and off boarding processes (system setup, email ID creation, etc.)

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Mac)
• Familiarity with MS Office and common business applications
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior in experience in IT support is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
