Full job description
Assist in assembling, installing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Identify and replace faulty hardware components (RAM, HDD, motherboard, SMPS, etc.).
Support basic setup of LAN/WAN networks including cabling, crimping, and device installation.
Assist in configuring networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
Help monitor network connectivity issues and escalate as needed.
Accompany senior technicians on client visits for hardware/networking service or installations.
Provide support during AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits and documentation.
Maintain service logs, asset tagging records, and call reports.
Update technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems or Excel logs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thrissur, Kerala
