Junior IT Support Technician Full Time NEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide basic IT support for our employees in India. This is an entry-level remote role suitable for candidates with basic IT knowledge who can assist with troubleshooting, simple configurations, and day-to-day technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support for company employees on basic IT issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop problems including slow performance, crashes, or peripheral issues.
• Assist employees with Microsoft Teams: setup, login issues, audio/video troubleshooting, and meeting support.
• Resolve basic hardware issues such as microphone, camera, and printer problems.
• Install and configure approved software on employee devices.
• Ensure company files are properly saved in OneDrive or approved cloud storage.
• Maintain system updates and basic security (antivirus, patches).
• Document support activities and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirement :

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and common office software.
• Understanding of network basics (Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Good communication skills to explain solutions clearly.
• Ability to work remotely or in an office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
