Junior Media Planner Full Time

We are looking for a Junior Media Planner who has a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital media strategy. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, data-driven, and capable of assisting in planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with paid media campaigns and wants to grow in media planning and strategy within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
• Support the team in creating performance marketing strategies focused on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance and help optimize ads based on data insights
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign requirements
• Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, and media plans
• Manage daily campaign tracking and budget monitoring
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and ad formats

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Media Planning or Performance Marketing
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Knowledge of campaign optimization and reporting
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.
• Agency experience is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of content and creative strategy for ads
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
