UniAcco is currently looking for a sales operations executive who is eager to use their comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint to create and improve our operational processes. As an integral part of our operations team, you would be expected to provide vital support in day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate must have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate should be highly attentive to detail and have the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and review procedures for operations.
- Track and analyze performance data.
- Work with teams to ensure operational processes are maintained.
- Establish and enhance communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Customer relationship management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences and develop strategies to meet them.
