About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Operations Support Executive to join our Ahmedabad office and contribute to both our internal business operations and the delivery of operational support to our international clients.
We are looking for someone who is organised, a good communicator in English, and happy to work across different types of tasks. Prior experience of exactly 1 year is fine. The right attitude and willingness to learn matters more than a long CV.
Key Responsibilities
You will be working across a mix of internal and client-facing tasks.
Operations and Project Support
• Assist the team with operational tasks and ongoing projects as assigned
• Keep track of pending items and follow up with the relevant people to ensure nothing falls through
• Coordinate between team members on day-to-day requirements and miscellaneous tasks
Documentation and Reporting
• Create, format, and organise documents, reports, guides, and presentations as required
• Maintain organised records and ensure files are stored correctly and easy to retrieve
• Compile basic summaries or reports as requested by the team or client
Communication and Correspondence
• Draft and manage internal and external communications including emails and written correspondence
• Respond to incoming messages and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Join regular check-ins with the team and client via email, video call, phone, and WhatsApp
Digital and Marketing Support
• Support the team with basic digital tasks across various platforms as directed
• Assist with tasks that support the company’s marketing, outreach, and online presence
Records, Systems, and Administration
• Update and maintain records across online portals and internal systems as instructed
• Ensure data is entered accurately and files are kept in order at all times
• Follow up on administrative items such as paperwork, documents, and coordination tasks
• Carry out any other reasonable operational or administrative tasks assigned by the management team
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent)
• Around 1 year of work experience in any office, admin, or operations role
• Good written and spoken English, you will be writing emails and communicating with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and video calling tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks at the same time
• Willing to learn new tools and follow processes without needing constant supervision
Good to Have
• Prior experience working with an ERP, CRM, or SaaS platform or web-based portal is a welcome
• Exposure to social media management or writing emails for a business
• Experience in a BPO, back-office, or client servicing role
• An interest in technology, software products, or digital tools
Work Environment and Communication
You will be based at our Ahmedabad office and will interact with both the internal Core Techno team and international clients. Most communication happens through email, WhatsApp, and video calls. Here is what we expect:
• Check messages and emails regularly and respond on time
• Keep the team informed when tasks are done or if something is taking longer than expected
• Ask questions early rather than guessing, we prefer clarity over assumptions
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all written communication
• Be flexible on days when the international client needs support during their morning hours
