AGT Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Jr. Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team at the Patiala site. If you have basic experience or internship exposure in procurement and are eager to grow in the construction industry, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, and other site requirements
• Support in vendor coordination and follow-ups for timely material delivery
• Prepare and maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports
• Assist in Comparative Statements (CSQ) and basic cost analysis
• Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
• Maintain data in ERP systems and Excel trackers
• Support in rate analysis and vendor sourcing
• Utilize basic AI tools to improve efficiency in routine procurement tasks

Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Civil / Supply Chain / Commerce preferred)
• 🏗️ 1+ year experience or internship in procurement / construction material handling
• Basic knowledge of construction materials
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (basic level)
• Strong skills in Advanced MS Excel
• Basic understanding and usage of AI tools for daily work efficiency
• Good communication and coordination skills
