Role: Junior System Administrator

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / Electronics or relevant discipline)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Junior System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, servers, networking, and security systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and provide timely technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and workstations (hardware & software).
• Monitor ISP links and coordinate with ISP teams for connectivity issues.
• Administration and monitoring of CCTV systems.
• Server administration and regular monitoring.
• Perform data backups and manage backup tools and recovery processes.
• Manage Active Directory domain servers.
• Formatting and installation of Windows Server and client operating systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot network printers, USB printers, and scanners.
• Configure and support email accounts in Outlook.
• Monitor antivirus status on client systems and ensure endpoint security compliance.
• Basic implementation and monitoring of network and data security practices.
• Administration and monitoring of firewalls and other network devices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Windows Client OS
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls)
• Backup management tools and processes
• Firewall administration (basic to intermediate level)
• Antivirus and endpoint security monitoring
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
