Job Description
Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets in accordance with the sales plan, through the effective management of customer relationships. Provide the marketing team with market intelligence to assist with campaigns Continually monitor and research the market & competition, gaining customer feedback, attending competitor events where appropriate, and industry networking Awareness and understanding of floor plan optimisation as per MDQ To prepare the Planogram for each store after taking sales trend and feedback from front end. To manage the stock in effective way so that inventory turn can be achieved. To get approval and upload Various Promotion scheme/ VM guideline and ensure that it is implemented across all Stores and inform front end team To Manage the non moving inventory and arrange for RTV post EOSS within agreed norms To evaluate the sales performance and apply for the replenishment on weekly basis. Study Market Best Practices and Implement as per the Target To analyze the sales performance of each collection and ensure that inventory does not accumulate at stores To initiate stock transfer from warehouse to customer DC to Store. To ensure IBT of non moving stock at regular interval To get the approval for all necessary VM element and inform marketing on implementation at front end To check all the recovery Debt note / Shortages/ Payment and arrange supporting document for finance team.
Develop strong relations with existing accounts for future growth & Identify new Accounts for continous expansion
