Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Relationship Officer located in Jhansi. The Key Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, builders, and other stakeholders to drive sales and achieve business targets. They will engage in customer acquisition, assist with housing finance solutions, and promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The role also involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition processes
• Proficiency in financial products such as home loans, loan against property, and related housing finance solutions
• Knowledge of the housing finance sector, real estate market dynamics, and compliance regulations
• Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or real estate is advantageous
