Summary Position Summary Enterprise Performance Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
This role requires deep expertise in Kinaxis, JDA (Blue Yonder), o9, or OMP, with a strong focus on data integration and management. You’ll manage functional and technical teams, oversee onsite-offshore collaboration, and drive client engagement in solution design and workshops. Key duties include leading business process development, supervising project milestones, acting as a functional lead, mentoring team members, supporting solution validation across deployment phases, and developing tools and training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to build effective teams and deliver creative, best-practice solutions to complex business challenges.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 – 10 years of experience
- Advanced understanding of Kinaxis or JDA (Blue Yonder) or o9 or OMP
- Experience with integration of legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management
- Manage work stream functional/technical resources
- Lead onsite-offshore model by assigning technical work to offshore resources
- Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices
- Drive client participation in project design activities
- Lead Deployment Workshops to help customers achieve immediate value from their investment
- Supervise and participate in key project events
- Facilitate business process design and development that leverages Logility Voyager or O9 Solutions capabilities
- Assist project teams and business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Development and test environments during development/SIT/UAT/Production deployment phase to validate the end-to-end solution
- Work closely with the Project Support team to provide inputs and develop tools and train the consultants
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate team-building skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Automobiles and consumer products industry experience
- In depth knowledge of functional supply planning, inventory management, and supplier collaboration processes
- Understanding of the software implementation life cycle, including business requirement definitions, functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
- Experience in creating test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
