Position Description
Role Description: Support and monitor batch scheduling operations ensuring timely execution of critical retail batch jobs.- Monitor and manage batch jobs using UC4 / Control-M / Airflow- Handle job failures, restarts, and basic troubleshooting- Ensure SLA adherence for business-critical batch cycles- Coordinate with application teams for issue resolution- Maintain job documentation and runbooks- Perform basic scheduling changes and validations- Experience Required: 2-6 years
